I submitted claim whereby my car was hit by another car at the parking lot. And the car is damaged at the back by the boot on the bumper. Now the bumper is falling off. Unfortunately the driver of the vehicle never stooped but took off. All was reported at the police station and was told that that particular street has cameras all over. The insurance company should request a footage so to trace the other vehicle. First I got a call from Nosihle from PMD and everything was explained to her and aslo advised her to get a footage from the SAPS provided. Next call from her she told me that my excess is R2700 and the damage cost is R3300. To my surprise only the photos were sent to them and the decided on that cost. Nothing was inspected or no one was sent to check the damages on the car. I asked her to provide me with the panelbeaters they work with in the area so to take the car and she promised to get back to me same day, till today nothing from her. The next thing I get a call from a lady called Palesa saying that I need to pay an excess of R4700 and the insurance company will not cover this claim because I ddnt prove them with the other drives details and also that the manager said this is a small claim meanwhile my car is damaged. I explained to her that I spoke to Nosihle and explained everything to her and even asked her to get footage, as per the the given statement. Clearly there is no communication between the consultants and I am really disappointed, and will take take this further with Insurance Ombusdman
I would like to report one of the rudest manager I've ever dealt with. I have never felt so insulted as I spoke to Walter Tyepile who is the call centre manager at Asili. The guy is very rude to clients and doesn't really care much. Hid listening s****s are very bad and he really lacks managerial s****s and I dnt even think he is qualified to be a manager. There are lots people who are qualified for this job because he does not take it very seriously and the company will loose its reputation if they don't do something about this guy and I see there's quiet a few complaints about this Walter guy. He is very rude and does not deserve to be in management.
i took up a loan with fnb and lost my job therefore was unable to pay it back, and my account was handed in to lawyers. The arrangements was made to pay the lawyers. I have been in contact with the call centre agents from the laywers and had spoken to over 10 people already but clealry it seems as if they dnt even know what they are doing. Now FNB have been debiting my account which not authorized by myself and that means they are stealing from my acount becuase I never gave consent for them to do so. My account is no longer with them and handed me to their lawyers. I sent an email to Leandre from Anders attorney to debit my account as agreed. I want fnb to refund all those debit orders and I am really disappointed withem and I am closing my account with them because this is such an inconvenience on my side.

I seriously don't get it and I wish they could just speed up the process and start chasing because they need to keep me updated as to how far they are and not the other way round. I am not happy at all

Bond paid into the wrong account twice due to consultants error, not double checking the correct account details. I keep getting call from nedbank homeloans that my bond is in arrears because they never received the 02 payments which were made to the incorrect account number.<br> <br> I spoke to the Meyerton branch manager who then told me that we gave the incorrect details to the consultant and to my surprise because we didn't even the account details the money went in to. In other words her consultant is right, and because there was more than one account, she should have double checked with whoever deposited the money and she could have picked up that the other account was not active.<br> <br> We used to pay the account at the Vereeniging branch all along and we never experienced such problem, so now that we using the Meyerton branch, why is this happening.<br> <br> I need the branch to sort this out as soon as soon as possible including the arrears amount accumulated.<br> <br> I find this so unprofessional and it has caused so much inconvenience. Not a happy customer at all.<br>
I took up a contract 3 years back and they are still billing me for this. The contract was never renewed or anything. And that cell phone hasn't been active or in use for over a year but they are still billing me. I have sent them emails but no response from them till today.<br> <br> I need them to refund me all the monies debited as in today and I do not need any contract with them.<br> <br> <br> Not a happy customer.
