After having to wait for 30 minutes gor for someone to start chatting with me on the on line portal when eventually Stembiso Hlabisa answered he/she could not answer my request I asked that someone call me back that I can discuss it via telephone urgently but the assistance cannot be done via email mail get someone to call me that is capable as we are talking about a 92 year old lady who is the member

During December 2021, I went for my eye test at Spec-Savers at fairbridge mall in Brackenfell. Due to personal services from couriers, I received my glasses in January 2022. The glasses' right lensfell out 3 times. The first time, they replaced the lens on-site. The second time they had to send it away. The third time I lost the lens, because it was on a string around my neck. I took out insurance on the glasses, but they told me it was only the frame that is insured. The lady at the shop, was very professional, but told me that the lens was cut too small or big, that is why it was falling out everytime. My question is, why could the people that fixed it the orevious times, fixed their mistake? Why must I pay for somebody that gave poor craftsmanship? We require that the spec be fixed on your cost and that the amount that we have to pay be reimbursed to us as it is clearly the mistake of Specsavers. The patient name is Johanna Schoeman
For the past ten years i am being pestering by call center agents of the NRR department for a SAVING ACCOUNT where an debit was put through without my approval that did cause the account to go into a debit balance, for ten years of calls and e mails where i am requesting the documents who did authorize that transaction but with no response, and apparently those documentation have disappeared, i want to see that documents as i have never signed such documents. The call centre agents also likes to threaten every time with smse and over the phone and they are clearly not aware of the amended NCR act of 2015 with clearly state that no person are allowed to be treahtened. Even e mails to the complaint department did not work. This morning once again it happened and i am now clearly getting to the point of going to blow off. Not even managers bother to come back to me, on Monday evening i did spoke to a very nice lady who made all the notes but still the one who called today are so arrogant and clearly cannot read after all the notes.
My mother of 91 years old account nr 108225533 received a message that she is owing the SABC R 125.00 for a TV license. Except for the fact that that she is 91 years old she is also in a fragile care center and have not been in a possession of a TV for the last three years. This is corruption at its best at all time, this company is just as corrupt as the SABC itself, and looks like they need to have R 125.00 to pay there bills. I don't care if they are just acting on behalf of the SABC but if you do call them they advise you that you have to first settle the account then they can close it, the call centre agent also refuse to put you through to some one who can assist you. I am not going to pay this money they can write it off and I also await a call from a responsible senior person in the company to get in contact with me on 084 200 2041. Be sure that I will not pay this amount. You are beyond corrupt.
Tyger valley Branch order nr 107720029103: On the 25th of May I bought a curtain online in the Tyger valley Mr Price Home store. Because it is lockdown time I could not buy the curtain in the store, because it was a non essential item. So I have paid for the curtain in store and they did the online order. They told me that the order will be there between 7 - 10 days. On Friday 29 May I received an email that the curtain is handed over to the courier and I will receive it shortly. After that, when I tried to track the order, It just said "no backstamps". On Tuesday I went to the store, they went to look in the store, but couldn't find my order and told me it will be there by the next day. Today (Thursday) I went again, because the call centre number does not work and nobody is answering that number. They phoned that number and told me that the order will be there by tomorrow. Because I have to travel every time 20 km I asked them if they cannot give me the curtain and replace it when my order comes, but they refused to do that. we expect that his order be taken from their shels tomorrow Friday 5 June 2020 and that their staaf needs urgent training on how to deal with clients and stop predending that they assist. PATHETIC TYGER VALLEY.
I want them to call me they don't know what they are doing just as corrupted as Nedbank it self call me you are a bunch of sharks not even a essential company but working in lockdown
Every day around 17h00 i get these calls from this 060 cell phone number and before you can even pick up the phone they drop the line i don't have any dealings with your company and are seeing this as pure harassment and infrenshment of my human rights so if you need to speak with me I don't know why call me or stop calling me

I was contacted by a lady with the name of Antoinette Crawford I could not take the call then she phoned my wife who are not allowed to be contacted during working hours demanding to speak to her the number she gave does not work i think it is very unprofessional from her, I think she is plain rude and unprofessional and demanding, I need her supervisor to contact me today between 12h00 and 12h30 as she is not professional to speak to always trying to tread one as scum, they can contact me on 0842002041
