I bought a Mercedes Benz from Flawless car dealership In Johannesburg on eloff street on the 7th of September 2018. The sales man Cyril was super professional before the sale of the car. He assured me that the car is in a pristine condition with a service book. After test driving the car and was ultimately happy with the car, I decided to ask to see the service book before making payment but Cyril in his dubious mind told me that they have service books of a lot of cars together somewhere in the office and it will be a tedious work to pull it out at the time and then he assured me again that the service book was available. After making payment and started requesting for the service book, the super professional Cyril suddenly became the most unprofessional and uncivilised human being on earth. Then, I started smelling Danger and was bent on getting my service book. Cyril who happens to come from Nigeria finally told me that I was invading on his privacy and went further to block me on Whatsapp. I called their office number and I was again referred back to the crooked Cyril who have cut any form of communication with me. When I asked the office for the numbers of the owner, I was told the owner is one white guy called Greg and lives in Australia and that the Nigerian guy called Cyril is the manager and the only person to resolve my issue. In the process of purchasing my car, I witnessed some angry and unsatisfied customers making noises at the premises and I wonder why I didn’t act upon my instincts. Till date, I’m still waiting for the service book and dash cam which was advertised on cars.co.za. My advice to everyone is to stay clear from that fraud and scumbag hiding behind a registered company to defraud people of their hard earned cash.
