Sold accident s**** car to elderly couple for R90k
Flawless cars dealership in Joburg sold an accident (White Kia Cerato 2011 model) to my client Elize from Witbank sadly a very old Couple who took their last money and trusted them. The car is not even having two months with them yet the problems they have is above R50000.00 they took it upon themselves to get a quote. Lisa the sales lady who was assisting with the transaction is nowhere to be found even the landline when you call is always on voicemail. their service is terrible and disgusting. You cant even reach the manager on the phone. i just wonder how they have managed to survive all these years if they render such horrible service. these type of dealers deserve to be closed down they only bring terror and depression to clients zero transparency policy with them. Hello Peter please do the honor and expose them to protect future unsuspecting customers that might end up like Elize.

Miss presentation
People never buy cars from this dealer. What advertise is total opposite of what the sell, I bought a car in October 2018 was told the car was being serviced and everything was Ohk with the car. When I got to Bloemfontein I started the car going to work and my daughter told me that there's oil coming under the car when I check the oil leak was heavy when I called the dealer I was told I should take the car for repair they will pay the bill I did that but they never paid the bill have to pay it of my pocket. The car had no spare wheel, jack, wheel spanner and all 4 tyres were warnout I was told I will be refunded later the owner said his partners says they not gonna pay any money.

WORST SERVICE EVER
I bought a Mercedes Benz from Flawless car dealership In Johannesburg on eloff street on the 7th of September 2018. The sales man Cyril was super professional before the sale of the car. He assured me that the car is in a pristine condition with a service book. After test driving the car and was ultimately happy with the car, I decided to ask to see the service book before making payment but Cyril in his dubious mind told me that they have service books of a lot of cars together somewhere in the office and it will be a tedious work to pull it out at the time and then he assured me again that the service book was available. After making payment and started requesting for the service book, the super professional Cyril suddenly became the most unprofessional and uncivilised human being on earth. Then, I started smelling Danger and was bent on getting my service book. Cyril who happens to come from Nigeria finally told me that I was invading on his privacy and went further to block me on Whatsapp. I called their office number and I was again referred back to the crooked Cyril who have cut any form of communication with me. When I asked the office for the numbers of the owner, I was told the owner is one white guy called Greg and lives in Australia and that the Nigerian guy called Cyril is the manager and the only person to resolve my issue. In the process of purchasing my car, I witnessed some angry and unsatisfied customers making noises at the premises and I wonder why I didn’t act upon my instincts. Till date, I’m still waiting for the service book and dash cam which was advertised on cars.co.za. My advice to everyone is to stay clear from that fraud and scumbag hiding behind a registered company to defraud people of their hard earned cash.

Outstanding Fine
I Received a sms middle of September 2017 from Johannesburg Metro Police for a outstanding fine for R375-00 on the 21st of September 2015 for my Suzuki Vehicle. I was never the driver of the Suzuki Vehicle I bought from Flawless Cars. I told Flawless Cars to Register the Vehicle on my Name on the 21st of September 2015. I only collect the Suzuki Vehicle on the 22nd of September 2015. I have proof and did sent it threw to the Johannesburg Metro Police. I did e-mail Flawless Cars about this issue but did not get any reply.

Outstanding Fine

So i test drove and was happy so i payed for the car, </p> <p>I work at Honda Rivonia, and know that it doesnt take more than 3 days for licensing, they took over a week and a half and it still wasnt done. I could never get hold of Cyril , he would just ignore my calls. I got suspicious so i did an HDI check on the car and saw that the actual odometer has been rewinded countless times . The actual amount of kms is over 250 000kms . The car is now giving problems. And when i brought legal documents stating the true kms he told me to F $@k off. Im in the process of suing the company. But never buy from them because they are just criminals!!</p>

I'm glad i chose them to buy my car
<p> i have bought my car around February at Flawless cars after a long time of struggling in motor industry, Cyril and Martin was so Helpful and patient in the process of buying my car. At first i was not happy with few features on the car but Cyril made sure that he buys the original items i was complaining about,from water tank, car mats and he even orginized to buy a brand new car key for me as the one they gave me when i bought the car was not propely working.</p> <p>they wash the engine for me the list is endeless...i just needed to mention my happiness after leaving the dealership the customer service there its amazing. i would really refer my family and friends to buy from them, they dont run away from a problem but they face it.Especially Cyril the dealership owner...hes amazing with his customers.</p>
