Miss presentation

People never buy cars from this dealer. What advertise is total opposite of what the sell, I bought a car in October 2018 was told the car was being serviced and everything was Ohk with the car. When I got to Bloemfontein I started the car going to work and my daughter told me that there's oil coming under the car when I check the oil leak was heavy when I called the dealer I was told I should take the car for repair they will pay the bill I did that but they never paid the bill have to pay it of my pocket. The car had no spare wheel, jack, wheel spanner and all 4 tyres were warnout I was told I will be refunded later the owner said his partners says they not gonna pay any money.
