I've been requesting settlement letter numerous times the keep on sending me sms saying amount due, I told them that l need that amount to be written as settlement letter they failing. I know how they operate once k pay the amount due they going to send another message saying l till owe them. This company is so unprofessional don't cant about people and will call you countless times with different amount you owe.
I've logged a stove claim in October, 2 service providers were appointed both came to check and give feedback, after 3 weeks they call 2nd service provider for more pictures. Nothing happened till l send a complain for poor service, they send a third provider who came and took pictures he didn't evencech the stove all he said was he came to take the pictures and told me that the claim is going to be rejected. Surprisingly the following day l got a call saying baswd on tbe report from the 3red provider my claim has been rejected because is a wear n tear. Am not happy with the outcome since the guy did nothing apart from pictures
I don't know how this stupid company operate, the staff is rude and will harass you with calls that you have to pay for. I want to settle my Cell C account now the consultant says to settle they have to do debit order only no other mode of payments. Whay can't I do EFT as people are complaining that once you give them your banking details they don't stop deducting.
what a useless company. Today had to phone 6 times still no help, everyone is giving different issue towards my problem. All they good with is to tranfer to another person, Its so frustrating and unprofessional.
First time hiring a car from them now the challenge is getting my refund. I've send emails was told someone will contact me till today ma still waiting. Today l did send another email no reply its been over a week waiting for my refund
This collection company isn't ****, l made arrangement for R300 monthly the phone everyweek saying my account was last lind in June l do have proof of payments till September l did even send it to Sabelo the manager. Everytime l get a call from their rude agents today l said to the lady who called l spoke to Sabelo she dropped the call while talking to her
Poor service ever seen before, first I went to Bethlehem for a assistance was told someone will call me a month later I went again still get the same reason. Last week I called Henneman branch as was told the head office still the service is bad I was given a wattsapp number to send my request of service which I did and was told they will get back to me for the date of building the tombstone and amendment till today still waiting
Worse network and good in taking money from customers, when i phoned customer care i wasted my 35 min with no answer why money was taken from my account whike they took back the data. This lady was so unprofessional all she could say was I DONT KNOW
Very unprofessional company I've been having connection issue since last week Wednesday till today still waiting for them, Friday I was told they will send someone on Monday I took a day off at work and no one came. When I call was told the technician is out of town he will come on Tuesday when I explain that will be at work and what happened about Monday couldn't get answer
What a waist of my Monthly contributions to this useless and unprofessional medical aid. I called yesterday enquiring about my optometrist benefits I was transfered 4 times to different people and last person transfered me to Discovery medical aid why I don't know I ended up not getting help I was looking for
