Very unprofessional company I've been having connection issue since last week Wednesday till today still waiting for them, Friday I was told they will send someone on Monday I took a day off at work and no one came. When I call was told the technician is out of town he will come on Tuesday when I explain that will be at work and what happened about Monday couldn't get answer

Baie baie swak diens! Het betaal dat hulle ons dstv kom regmaak, boonste decoder was foutief , Het toe alles reggemaak, maar dit het net 3 ure gewerk. Nou werk nie een TV in my huis nie! Ek wag nou al 4 weke dat hulle terugkom' Bloemfontein en Kimberley gebel en managers belowe om terug te kom na my toe, maar niks gebeur nie. Ons is nou al 4 weke sonder TV. Baie swak diens!

You cannot complain about the service as there is no service. Travelled from the Northern Cape to Bloemfontein not once but twice (2000 km later) and still did not receive what I was promised after arrangements had been made. How can an accredited DSTV installer not have decoders in stock to replace a faulty decoder that is insured, or is it just a story? I am still waiting for a Managing Director or Owner to call but I am sure that will never happen.

You cannot complain about the service as there is no service. It is the only multi choice supplier in Bloemfontein. There service is absolutely appalling! 1. You wait for 20min in line just to be told their system is offline. 2. Their shop does not have Wifi - if you need to go online to reset a device you have to make a hotspot with you own phone to be helped. I had to show the very reluctant assistant how to connect to my cell hotspot. 3. Their assistants are either not trained to help or simply rude and "dom astrant". 4. An elderly gentleman next to me was send to the bank and bank sent him back to RF Technologies, the coloured lady that served him was so immensely rude and did not give the man a chance to explain his problem. The man ended up storming out of the shop - furious and swearing. The racial remarks made in Southern Sotho made by the other assistants were totally uncalled for and arrogant. 5. I speak Sotho and only when I made them aware that I understood, did the assistant all of a sudden know how to help me. 6. This is not an isolated incident , poor service is a norm.

WENT TO RF TECHNOLOGIES IN BLOEMFONTEIN THIS SATURDAY, THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND SHOUTED AT ME INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS IN THE BRANCH, WHAT HOLLIGAN BEHAVIOUR IS THAT, ALL BECAUSE HE DID NOT WANT TO REPEAT HIMSELF BECAUSE I COULD NOT HER WHAT HE SAID. I took my Explora decoder in today is a week. The problem persists. Even though my decoder needed replacement after a week I still have nothing to show. I requested they waive this months bill as I could not enjoy specific sports events as a result of Multichoice not being able to fix systemic problems. <br> <br> RF Technologies (Deon) said they cant do this. I phoned DSTV, the person said that RF Technologies will have to request this. This was not what Deon said. <br> <br> RF Technologies cant deliver on the warranty of replacing decoders. Its been a week... No idea when this will be resolved. Bad service, lack of knowledge on the product. <br>
