How is it possible that our account charges went up seventy two percent year on year! WOW! How can we help spend your money?
Unfriendly counter assistant does not want to help me as I do not have a certified copy of my ID but I am standing with my green bar coded ID in my hand? Bad attitude and terrible customer service.
Went twice to the DSTV offices at College Square Bloemfontein and their systems were offline each time.The staff behind the counters are so unfriendly, bad attitudes and unhelpful! What a shame.
