You cannot complain about the service as there is no service. Travelled from the Northern Cape to Bloemfontein not once but twice (2000 km later) and still did not receive what I was promised after arrangements had been made. How can an accredited DSTV installer not have decoders in stock to replace a faulty decoder that is insured, or is it just a story? I am still waiting for a Managing Director or Owner to call but I am sure that will never happen.
