Dstv customer care is a nightmare sies!. I spoke to 8 consultants to explain to me why did i not have viewing after paying my account. I was asked to send proof of payment which i did. But still nothing. All 8 placed me on hold for over 10 min, asking me to hold because they need to speak to a bludy team leader. Not even 1 of the bothered to call me back after the disconnection. You guys are a joke! Fix your service! I need a written apology and a reconnection immediately! Everything is pending. What a joke! I need a manager to call me 0844834141
