For three months, I have been unsuccessfully attempting to resolve a persistent issue with my shower floor. Despite repeated assurances from employee Zee, the problem remains unresolved. My concerns are not being addressed seriously, forcing me to use a bucket for bathing while rent payments remain current. Given Primo's size and resources, I am confident a resolution is achievable with appropriate attention to this matter.
Spar, Les Marais (Mayville) Bad service, I received from two ladies (supervisors) that Run kiosk at Spar. It's like they not sure about their duties ๐ back and forth and very sturbbon no customer service at all, on the 23rd Aug I was there to make Mukuru transaction using my phone to pay and transaction was a success. Today 30th Aug unfortunately I can't get the same service even when I produce evidence of the previous transaction. All they did was to show their superiority not customer service, very disappointing ๐ to represent such a big reputable retailer.
Homemark customer service centre renders poor service with a PHD, just to activate a simple voucher i had to call them Six times. when u try to explain your frustration they just transfer you without note, mind you I'm using my airtime just for waste๐ Homemark is big brand please do something with your Team.

Applied for contract with Mtn via Mondo approved and ready for delivery suddenly they cancel my contract without any explanation when I called Mondo they can't explain even with Mtn the same thing. Poor service indeed
Flawless cars dealership in Joburg sold an accident (White Kia Cerato 2011 model) to my client Elize from Witbank sadly a very old Couple who took their last money and trusted them. The car is not even having two months with them yet the problems they have is above R50000.00 they took it upon themselves to get a quote. Lisa the sales lady who was assisting with the transaction is nowhere to be found even the landline when you call is always on voicemail. their service is terrible and disgusting. You cant even reach the manager on the phone. i just wonder how they have managed to survive all these years if they render such horrible service. these type of dealers deserve to be closed down they only bring terror and depression to clients zero transparency policy with them. Hello Peter please do the honor and expose them to protect future unsuspecting customers that might end up like Elize.
