(If I could give zero, I would.) My experience with this dealership has been nothing short of disastrous, and I regret ever trusting them with the purchase of my 2020 Toyota Hilux VVTi. In my opinion, this dealership cares about one thing and one thing only: making a sale. Once your signature is on the contract, the rest becomes your problem. Within just three months of buying the vehicle, I discovered that the wheel alignment had clearly not been done properly. This wasn’t a small oversight—my tyres were completely worn out, far sooner than should ever happen on a recently purchased vehicle. Any dealership claiming to perform due diligence should have picked this up without question. To make things worse, even the windscreen wipers were worn out from day one. It’s unbelievable that something so basic wasn’t checked before handing over the vehicle. Their lack of care, lack of inspection, and lack of professionalism made it very clear to me that once they’ve secured your money, you’re on your own. In my personal experience, this dealership is more focused on chasing sales than providing trustworthy service or properly preparing a vehicle. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to think twice. Learn from my experience—don’t let their sales pitch fool you.
