5G Router
I had an issue with my 5G home router and the consultant by the name of Evans Moagi took me through each step to try figure out the problem. I must say he is a great part of Rain team! I have not received such a great service for a while he’s excellent in what he does. Thank you Evans!

Very much Unhelpful
My car was stolen at Spar shopping center and did less to help me, I was told to bring a case number to view footage which I later did but they still refused to show me a footage. Bad service, I hate that SuperMakert

Standard Bank take control
I have a list of debit orders that i dont know of and they keep on changing reference numbers when i block them. Standard bank told me that there is nothing they can do about it. Im still shock that a bank this big cannot stop or control these people who are debiting our accounts. It drives me mad that i have to always login check my account for such!!!! Standard bank please get someone to contact me,this must be resolved!

Good customer service
<p>I went to Ackermans Sandton City looking for a school jacket for my child and couldnt find the correct size but Charmaine(Branch Manager) helped me by requesting different branch to bring two different sizes for me to choose and when the jackets arrived she called me to come in to the store.Personally i really appreciate this great service from her. Thanks to Charmaine:)</p>

I'm glad i chose them to buy my car
<p> i have bought my car around February at Flawless cars after a long time of struggling in motor industry, Cyril and Martin was so Helpful and patient in the process of buying my car. At first i was not happy with few features on the car but Cyril made sure that he buys the original items i was complaining about,from water tank, car mats and he even orginized to buy a brand new car key for me as the one they gave me when i bought the car was not propely working.</p> <p>they wash the engine for me the list is endeless...i just needed to mention my happiness after leaving the dealership the customer service there its amazing. i would really refer my family and friends to buy from them, they dont run away from a problem but they face it.Especially Cyril the dealership owner...hes amazing with his customers.</p>
