Repair on Genesis Hausmeister
Bought mine in 2012...with a 5 year guarantee. I am the only one using it. It started giving suction trouble this year Feb 2018. I have taken it to the Secunda Verimark twice. Not under guarantee anymore even now that if that has been changed to 3 years?! I paid service first time nothing improved. Second time they " replaced the PC board" which I agreed to pay again because the machine was so expensive. With collection the cost was R10 for replacing a doorgrid...which by the way was still broken - proof on the machine???? I left without paying.Invoice had no show of a pc board even after the technician phoned me to confirm this for R300??When I asked if it was replaced... they said yes?Then why only R10? when asked to send or see old board - no reply. Disgrace to pay so much for a machine with no after sales or service team?
