Vodacom has the worst service I have ever experienced. I worte out my whole complaint and it is available for anyone who asks. I had a month to momth contract and after the worst service imaginable I have cancelled it. Only to find out 2 years later that they never did cancel it and it has been running a bill. No one ever reached out to me to tell me it was not cancelled. I only found out when the debt collectors started phoning me. There was no way for me to know because when the cancelled it they cut my connection and everything. I have tried everything to sort this out with them and they have been no assistance whatsoever. Hours and Days worth of recorded calls and messages. I want to warn everyone so that no one gets spun into their webs of lies.
They have the worst service! And fit the wrong glass according to regulations and law. They will start fitting to receive payment once they receive it they stop working and come up with excuses.
