I bought a Kia Sportage, demo model with 6000km on the clock from Kia Gateway in Umhlanga in 2021. To date it has only 12****m on the clock! During the last service in August 2025, during the rust inspection, the service center noticed that the spare tyre was popped on the sidewall! As the wheel was stored face-down this was never noticed by myself or the sales person! The tyre appeared to brand new, so there was no reason to remove it to do an inspection! Now it is apparent that the tyre was popped in its first 100-200km, which proves that the car was sold to me with this damaged tyre! Kia Gateway says the period is far too long for me to claim from them! But the fact remains that they sold this car to me with this damaged tyre!
Pestering me on my cellphone from a call center, every couple of days!! Most annoying!! I don't know who they are or where they got my number from, but there calls are relentless!!
This company persistently **********s their services on our cell phones!! I have never solicited there services and never will! Rudi Bester
