No problem with this company. Their work is great - I just think many people aren't exactly sure how to use their systems. I'm using their white label services to offer additional services within my own company. They create good looking websites and manage it as needed. They also create ads that work well when used properly. No issues - but it may be easier to work with them if you have some experience in Digital Marketing and Web Development yourself.
I recently put an order for an upgrade after going through a 24 month contract with Telkom. Initially I was told that in order to upgrade, I need to have a new sim card delivered to me. This order was put in on 26 June 2020, after mentioning that I am moving cities within a week. After receiving nothing, I decided to query my delivery again on the 13th of July 2020 and was then told that I actually do not need a new sim card and can have my current sim card upgraded. I told them to go ahead with that because I didnt want a new sim card anyways. Now Telkom is delivering the new sim to my old address in the previous city and there is absolutely no trace of my order that was put in on 13 July 2020 to upgrade my current sim card. I was able to move cities, jobs, get settled in a new apartment, and I still dont have the data I requested 3 weeks ago. I will most likely have fibre installed at my apartment before you process my new upgrade. What is the point of your service? I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with difficult customers because of how useless the service at Telkom is. The company is absolutely pathetic. I dont even know why I chose to upgrade.
