We bought a wiki deal voucher for this restaurant in Kloof Street, Cape Town. We received very poor service from management. The portions were so small for a R500+ dishes, and when we brought that to management attention, they asked us to leave. The food quality is questionable at best. Today was raining and winding, so they had to close all the doors, then there was smoke everywhere like they don't have vatilation in place. I would not recommend anyone to go there. For a place on Kloof Street, this is appalling!
I believe a crime or a fraudulent act is being committed by VFS Global, at least the Port Elizabeth branch I have had many interaction with over the past years. I am certain this is not the first negative review about VFS Global and I hope it won't be the last. In all honesty, DHA should to many extend regulate or at least monitor what VFS does to foreigners using their services. I believe to have been a victim of VFS regulated extortion. Few weeks ago, on the day of my appointment, I went to renew my critical s****s visa, the VFS agent in PE checked my documents and noticed that my confirmation of employment did not mention all the critical s****s categories from the critical s**** gazette, although I made the point that it was not necessary, she insisted that I got get a new confirmation of employment. I reminded her that it will take time to get, she acknowledged and asked that I jump the queue when next I return. She did not allude to the fact that upon my return my appoint will be void and I will have to pay a premium lounge if I want to submit outside of my appointment date. After some resistance, I paid the premium lounge and submitted. I got my outcome last Friday and the application was rejected because there was no contract of employment submitted. So I went back today to do an appeal after I had book a new appointment. I was told I would have to pay another premium lounge in order to submit today which isn't my appointment day. The appeal gives me 10 working days to resubmit and my appointment date is on the last day, Friday next week, which will make my application to reach DHA HQ after the 10 working days. Why should we be paying an extras premium for an appeal when the VFS system only gives us an early appointment dates that in most cases falls outside of the appeal submission grace period?
