People are allowed to jump the queue and then get get defended by Vodacom staff saying that the person was there before us. Well we had been waiting for around 20min before this person just walked in and jumped the queue. This is not on, it's about time that Vodacom implements a number system to stop this practice. This is not the first time. The result is that the data contract that we wanted to upgrade was cancelled and we signed on with MTN who does provide a far superior experience.
Hidden costs and too many excuses. It is never their fault. Wish I had known better.
