My patience is really running low l spoke to you people yesterday and was promised that my refund will be done soon but l have sent emails and log inquiry on help desk no response you guys only respond if l call u out here.
Well it may seem as if l like bush Milpark but you service lacks every time. I loaded a refund query on the 15/11/2024 but only got my last communication with the consult on 22/11/2024 after being the one who followed up with the consultant. Today l am try to check on the queries progress l can't identify my case on help desk and l can't get hold of you guys either on Facebook or email. Please advise me on how do we communicate with you guys regardless of the query.
l sometimes do not if milpark education is an academic institution or a money making ****.l am doing 4 modules this semester l app**** for a venue as of the being of the semester for 3 of modules and ended a fouth module later l told the consultanr that was looking for it to be a venue exam like the rest of them but the consultant was arrogant and nothing can be done.evenually l app**** for it on the 8th and only got an email together saying l must pay the administration fee again.As loaded my bursary letter without the fee my application will be cancelled within the 24 hours l know my bursary will make a payment of my fees before month but it will be too late because of how heart less and inhumane milpark education management is ...
I get tired of your issues and you don't care. Firstly l have been trying to get hold of Accounts department to sort out my account issue. I spoke to Amanda 2 weeks ago on Friday she promised to call me next month regarding whether or not my account request has been granted. Due to my account issue l can't view my results. I have requested to be sent my results as my first semester is paid up. But no has sent me any thing. I responded to Jodie email regarding sending my quires to her but she never responded. A new issue now is they can't find my results for MLED02-6 as they say l did write my exam but knowing for sure l wrote at Alberton Venue on 09 May 2024. Two days now no feedback on that regard too. I will be lucky if l get results for Operation management today.
Dear Hello Peter and Milpark Education, I would like to address the issue of communication channels for students at Milpark Education. Recently it has become impossible to get hold of the student support team at Milpark Education be it for accounts queries or registration issues. I have been trying resolve an accounts query for 2 weeks and emails with regards to my issue are not constant despite having a direct email of a person in account department. She literally takes for ever to respond to emails. Please also when you try to call in no one answers your call for more than 30 minutes which costly and you may drop the call with out being assisted. Kindly improve your student contact system cause it's not working on emails and calling in. Maybe please develop a whatup support system for student to have access to and assistance from all the different departments in the institution cause it is ridiculous for a student l like me to pay such huge amounts in intuition fees and not get the money worth assistance when one need to communicate with the institution. For the 100th time can some from the Accounts team please call me on +27 67 817 9760 or 0835637218 regarding my account.
l am a new student umder a bursary scheme that has been working with your company for years hence l was advised that l can get my book either by collection or delivery request and mention the bursary l am with and put the cost of books in their account.To my surprise l called the sandton branch they couldn't help me l eventually called your Roodepoort Branch on the 20th l was answered by Sinemhlanhla Mkize who promised to assist me and request the invoice which l sent via email called back about 2 days later to confirm my order and promised delivery very soon. but fastforward to 12 days later no delivery has been made l am worried because l have an exam on Monday. l googled your Maponya Mall. and went there but again the store has moved but not updated on google which is quite disappointing for a big establishment like your bookstore.
l placed a order for fiber internet connection for Vuma fiber paid on the 07/04/2024.l called the vumatel called center on the following Monday regarding installation answered by a rude consultant l was l have to wait 7 working days to get installation due the fact l signed up and paid for fiber internet connection Webafrica so my order payment will take that to reach Vumatel order. number: 3830239888 . l waiting and the 12/04/2024 l connected Webafrica and l was told l had an installation appointment on the 09/04/2024 but no one came to me. later that day l got an email saying a new installation appointment was scheduled for me on 16 /04/2024 @ 15h00 0n that day l waited until the next day at 16h00 and called the call center again eventually at around 17h00 an activation agent by name of Sphelele came for activation but he couldn't do anything because installation was not done yet but he took my numbers promised that someone was going to call me to sort the Installation issue for next day which was yesterday. l contacted him several times during the day to follow up on his promise but he resorted being rude to me and say maybe he shouldn't have given me his number. my issue will with guys is that everything you advertise is a big lie as everyone in your company has no regard for customers including the Johannesburg managers in your call center, sales consultant and activation team. You two choices based my experience with you to return my money or come install and activate my fiber.
l had an online test A for Cost01-6 which opened the 6th of March closing tomorrow. l report a query with the test needing a password.It took the consultants 3 days to sort but then l was constantly kicked out of the test hence l couldn't finish due to this l emailed Milpark requesting a rewrite knowing Milpark it will take years for them to respond. As for granting my request l know they will reject it and request for money. if not for the fact l am almost done with my studies l would have left the institution due to lack of customer service and poor system support.
I am getting feedup with reporting and writing review l wish to cancel my study with you guys but because you are completely useless. Yesterday we got results MLED02-6 it says l got 33% but my assignment on the portal system says it is not marked so where did you guys get such low results. I communicated with the lecture by Beauty and she is so rude and ****y for the money l am paying she is saying lies because l checked the system is still no change what the hell are you guys paying at this year your service is ****. I logged a call with Support they still sending useless emails with no resolution l am so mad.
I am getting tired of going you people a review while nothing gets to improve. Today my complaint is with the quality of material and lecture you guys employed for AFAC02-6 module firstly the assignment for the module was uploaded later than usual not to take of the module material it come when second semester was already underway for other modules. The lecture presentation an assignment overview which full of mistakes because he presented a cash flow using the direct method of calculation whereas indirect method of calculation is needed for the assignment. Notes on the question are full of mistakes and questions question 1 had mistakes which he only corrected in the overview. I believe everything for this module has poor quality and accuracy. It is rushed but the student are the ones to suffer because we are expected to submit full assignment tomorrow with some much mistakes since the lecture was late to upload the module material and assignment why can the students get an extension on the assignment submissions to the 10 or 14 September 2023 because you are putting students at disadvantage. I wish to just cancel the whole module this cause l am not going to the needed support from you guys. I
