Absolutely Disappointing – All Glow, No Follow-Through I had high hopes when I first engaged with Neonaza. The vibe seemed friendly, the designs looked promising, and they spoke the language of customization and collaboration. Unfortunately, what followed was a frustrating exercise in poor communication, broken momentum, and shifting goalposts. Despite me being crystal clear about my needs, my deadline, and even offering flexible payment terms, I received inconsistent replies, multiple delays, and last-minute price changes. Their initial sparkle quickly dulled when it came time to actually deliver. I lost time, patience, and ultimately trust. If you're looking for professional service, timely responses, and actual follow-through look elsewhere. Pretty designs mean nothing if they’re stuck in limbo. I won't be wasting my time here again. Its been over a a month and they have my deposit with ZERO interest in refunding me, getting back to me OR getting my product out.

Account progress??
Last week I went to open an account at Edgars Gateway. I returned a few hours later to see if it had been approved to be told that it was still pending. I returned at 9am the next day to see if there had been any progress only to find out that I was not on the system at all! I re-did the entire thing all over again. I then returned that afternoon & no news had come through as yet so I went home. On Friday, I emailed with my name & ID number to check on the progress & was told that I would be contacted back within 48 hours. I would just like t know whether or not my account has been approved or not.
