I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire existence, we found Neonaza online to make a neon light for our event which was on Saturday and we started speaking to them two weeks prior and at first their communication skills were top notch and when we made payment which was immediate payment just by the way , they started lacking by responding to respond to texts let alone they have a direct line for calls and now they didn’t deliver the neon sign and still haven’t refunded back our money instead it’s stories everyday , I’m raising awareness about this business that they are a ***** and **** , don’t even give them the benefit of the doubt you’ll regret it

The absolute Best Purchase ever made for my business. Just do it and buy a neon sign. Working with Neonaza was easy breezy and the unboxing experience was the best part for me and my team. We ordered a green neon sign and it looks even better in person than on the photos we received before packaging. 10/10 service and 10/10 product quality

The absolute Best Purchase ever made for my business. Just do it and buy a neon sign. Working with Neonaza was easy breezy and the unboxing experience was the best part for me and my team. I placed an order for a neon sign with Neonaza on 15 April, clearly communicating the urgency and the need to receive it by Tuesday, 29 April for a time-sensitive event. On 22 April, I was told the parcel would be collected by their courier at 3pm on Thursday, 24 April, yet I received no waybill or tracking information. When I followed up on Friday, 25 April, they claimed the parcel had been collected that morning and assured me it would be delivered by Tuesday, 28 April. Still concerned, I asked if I could collect the parcel from their Johannesburg warehouse on Saturday, 26 April. They said they’d confirm—but that was the last communication I received on that request. By Tuesday, 29 April, the parcel had still not arrived. I contacted them via WhatsApp, phone, and email—no response. Eventually, I received an email saying they were out of office. I asked for someone to call me or provide a working contact number and was ignored again. I sent multiple follow-ups throughout the day with no clear response or tracking information. Out of desperation, I searched their Instagram, found the name of the courier company, and contacted them directly—only to discover the parcel had only been collected on the morning of 29 April, not on the 24th or 25th as Neonaza claimed. The courier advised the delivery was only scheduled for Friday, 2 May, which was too late for my event. Due to Neonaza’s dishonesty and complete lack of communication, I had no choice but to place an urgent overnight order with another local supplier—resulting in significant out-of-pocket costs. To this day, no one from Neonaza management has contacted me, despite promises of a follow-up after their “staff meeting.” I am beyond disappointed. This was an appalling experience—terrible service, no accountability, and blatant dishonesty. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using Neonaza for any urgent or important events. Absolutely not worth the risk.

I ordered my custom neon sign on the 28th of April and received my parcel this morning — and wow, I’m beyond impressed! The unboxing experience was amazing, everything was so carefully packaged and professionally presented. You can tell from the moment you open the box that it’s a high-quality product. The sign itself looks even better in person — the colors are vibrant, the build is solid, and the finish is perfect. I ordered directly from the website and had great communication throughout via email. Every step was clear and professional, and I felt looked after the whole way. It’s rare these days to find businesses that combine quality, service, and communication this well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a statement neon piece — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Absolutely Disappointing – All Glow, No Follow-Through I had high hopes when I first engaged with Neonaza. The vibe seemed friendly, the designs looked promising, and they spoke the language of customization and collaboration. Unfortunately, what followed was a frustrating exercise in poor communication, broken momentum, and shifting goalposts. Despite me being crystal clear about my needs, my deadline, and even offering flexible payment terms, I received inconsistent replies, multiple delays, and last-minute price changes. Their initial sparkle quickly dulled when it came time to actually deliver. I lost time, patience, and ultimately trust. If you're looking for professional service, timely responses, and actual follow-through look elsewhere. Pretty designs mean nothing if they’re stuck in limbo. I won't be wasting my time here again. Its been over a a month and they have my deposit with ZERO interest in refunding me, getting back to me OR getting my product out.

I would not recommend Neonaza at all. At first, they were great – responsive and helpful with the artwork for my client’s neon sign. I confirmed my order two weeks in advance, and they assured me that I would receive it in time, even with the Easter public holidays. I paid the full amount upfront. The Thursday before my event, they confirmed the parcel was on its way. By Friday, they said it had only just been dispatched, but they would try to speak to the courier to arrange a Saturday warehouse collection. That was the last I heard from them. My event was on Wednesday, with setup planned for Tuesday. By Tuesday morning, I still had no tracking number or clear update. I called and sent WhatsApp messages but received no response – they had apparently left the phones in the office and weren’t in that day. Their email responses were slow (every few hours) and unhelpful, and they refused to provide a direct contact number. In desperation, I went to their Instagram page, found out which courier company they use, and called the courier myself. There was no parcel under my details. I gave them Neonaza’s number, and they finally found it – the sign hadn’t even left Bloemfontein as of Tuesday morning, and delivery was only scheduled for that Friday, two days after my event. With no other choice and zero reliable communication from Neonaza, I had to commission a brand new sign overnight from another local supplier – costing me both time and money. A week later and still no one from management has contacted me with feedback. Their poor communication and lack of responsibility left a very bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be using Neonaza again, and I strongly suggest others think twice before doing so.

They have just ****med my daughter. She ordered neon lights on the 13 Nov 2024, and paid a rush order fee of R500 on top of the R3879 so in total she paid R4374. They promised to deliver on the 25 Nov 2024. To date they haven't. Now they are unreachable. They don't respond to her messages anymore and she has no way of getting in touch with them. She has called their number over 25 times in the past 3 days and no one answers the phone. The so called courier guy has his fone switched off now. Clearly they have ****med her of her money
