I had high hopes when I first engaged with Neonaza. The vibe seemed friendly, the designs looked promising, and they spoke the language of customization and collaboration. Unfortunately, what followed was a frustrating exercise in poor communication, broken momentum, and shifting goalposts.

Despite me being crystal clear about my needs, my deadline, and even offering flexible payment terms, I received inconsistent replies, multiple delays, and last-minute price changes. Their initial sparkle quickly dulled when it came time to actually deliver. I lost time, patience, and ultimately trust.

If you're looking for professional service, timely responses, and actual follow-through look elsewhere. Pretty designs mean nothing if they’re stuck in limbo. I won't be wasting my time here again. Its been over a a month and they have my deposit with ZERO interest in refunding me, getting back to me OR getting my product out.
