I have placed and order and payed online 18th February already... No tracking number received. Cannot get hold of anybody via WA line/telephone or email! SCAM in my opinion! Watch out!
Really very frustrating dealing wirh these people. Wait wait wait. Been 4 months now and they have not yet obtained a COC from the owners. Another property we sold were dine and dusted in 2 months. I would really not recommend DvH.
Wait wait wait wait.... service is very poor. 4 months now still waiting for the sale of the house to go through. Always excuses... Been informed today COC not even done and they are starting Lodgement process. Why could the COC nit been done 3 months ago already? Just very frustrating and very bad.

I was told that "I will not pay penalties as it was Hollards mistake but will have to pay for the 3 months now. I explained that this us not possible as I cannot pay 3 months debit orders in one month and then was told to go manually pay for this month and next month they will take off 2 payments! This is unacceptable as it was not my mistake but Hollards. I them requested to speak to his manager and I was told she is busy. Really!???
