Triton Express committed to delivering my package on the 1st of August and even recorded this in their system. However, when I followed up at 3:30 PM on the day of delivery, I was told the package was still sitting in Polokwane — it hadn’t even been dispatched. No one could explain why, and there was little to no urgency or accountability from their side to investigate the issue. This delay has cost me time and money, and I’m now left uncertain about when (or if) the package will be delivered, and in what condition. The lack of communication and reliability is unacceptable. If you value your time and goods, I strongly advise against using Triton Express. They do not deliver as promised and leave you completely in the dark.
Highly disappointed with the service offered by Showmax. I created an account based on the 14 day free trial, my card details were requested for future deductions if I proceeded with accepting the offer. Strangest thing is that I did not receive a "welcome email" confirming my username and other account details. Despite that, on many occasions I have tried logging onto Showmax but every time, it says my email address is "invalid". Most peculiar thing is that my back account is not "invalid" to them. For the past two months my account has been deducted but I am unable to access the service they promised to offer. This is day light robbery!!!
