Hello I joined the business in May and registered 3 down lines. From then I've struggled to receive my stock. When I started to follow up daily in July I was given stock of 2 people which was even short not equivalent to the money we joined with. When we requested invoices we were given a run around. When I did follow ups again in August I was told stockist is on Maternity I should wait for her She'll be back after a month. I waited after that month I was told she's not back. Boooom the lady is in China in September and I asked her about the stock she said I should contact her after 2weeks. When I did she say she doesn't have any stock on her she sent the stock to our upliner whom refuses ever receiving the stock. I'm being told there's nothing they can do. All I want is the remaining stock of my 2 down lines as I can't afford to repay the people.
I did a cashback on Friday 26 October and the debit of the withdrawal went through and then on the 30th there was a debit of the same amount of money again. I sent an email to enquire i was given a reference number to send documentation which i couldn't due to no access to a pc. I went to the branch on Monday I was told the money will reverse I just have to wait. Wednesdays I went again to the branch I was told to fill in a dispute form. Today I called the call centre to follow up as the 24hr period has passed. The consultant said there was no documentation from the branch. Now I'm being told to wait for 10days. All I want is my money back please. I cannot wait that long for the reversal of the money .
