Worst service
Very disappointed in Weelee Centurion’s service !! We app**** finance on a car the Friday, sent through all our documents, have been approved, called the next day and even went to the branch. They told us all is approved and just a few things needed to be done on the car from their side. The very next day come to find out they have sold the car to someone else !! Cant get hold of anyone for an explanation. This is unacceptable and totally unprofessional ! Ebrahim and staff do not answer any of our calls for an explanation as to why they have done this !! Very disappointed in this so called service. Is this how you deal with clients !

POOR SERVICE REGARDING ONLINE SHOPPING AND DELIVERY!
I have ordered items online for the company I work at. The order was delivered but a whole bin was missing with items!! I did not have time to check if everything was there, but the driver ticked next to all the items on my invoice so I assumed everything was there! On the receipt that he gave me I did NOT tick the box where it asks if I checked if all items where there. The driver left and I only then noticed the missing items! On the Invoice there is NO contact details of the driver so I could not call him to come back! I called the call center and the first guy I spoke to said that if the order price is under R500 they will refund us, the call got cut off and I phoned back again. The 2nd person spoke to was the most rudest person ever! she told me that it is MY problem and that they cant and wont do anything about the missing items! I told her how is that possible, we have paid for everything and now Pick N Pay just steals the money!! The whole principal of this does not even make sense to me!! How can items just go missing and its the customers problem??? What if someone stole it or the driver took it or it was delivered to the wrong person, now its the customers problem!!! I then called again and another lady tried to assist me and we saw that there is a whole bin that was missing. she said that she will send it through for investigating and they will come back to me. 2 weeks past, still haven't heard anything bac**** Called back today and they said they are still waiting for feedback from the store???? This is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER order anything from pick n pay again as at the end of the day if your order goes missing and its not even your fault is still your problem!!!!
