I had an issue with a payment to a provider, and then the chaos started. By following up with determination, the problem was resolved. It cost the Bankmed member nothing to just jump in and assist with resolving any problem. Thank you Bankmed, you have resolved the problem, and explained in detail what went wrong. With an excellent staff member's assistance, all is good!
I would like to thank Aerosoft (Afro-Thai Imports) for their excellent service. Firstly, they deliver the stock in a jiffy! Secondly, I purchased a pair of shoes, and after wearing them for the third time, they broke. I've contacted them and with no hesitation, they asked me if I would like to replace it with something else. This to me was a surprise and very trustworthy towards their clients! I paid for the difference in the shoes, and within 3 days, received my new pair of shoes. THANK YOU FOR GIVING US HOPE FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE. I keep paying my bill, yet I haven't had any service since 12 February 2019. The line was installed 2 days before. I've made several calls, with no reference numbers. Today I've made another call and received a reference number *yeah with an optimistic maybe to be resolved* hope to receive service soon???????????? I received a message on 11 October 2018 at 13:41 telling me that my subscriptions service to Comics Club @ R2.50/day will be renewed (from 083 123 686). Notification occurs weekly to cancel the following : dial *464*970#. THIS HAS BEEN DONE TO NO AVAIL!!!!! What is with this MTN. Take note....I'M NOT INTERESTED IN THIS SUBSCRIPTION. I will make use of the CPA act. I want this to be cancelled and never ever see this messages again. I'm sick and tired of all the efforts to stop this nonsense.
