I took my car in for service this morning and while waiting I was told by the guy who was taking notes of the cars coming in they no longer serviced renault and told me to take it to Zambezi Renault and while waiting a lady by the name Lindiwe Masilela came to my car I explained to her that the guy explained to me where I needed to go then she turned went to her colleagues and started making a huge deal that I had didn't want to speak to her and I'm just parked at the wrong place..This Lindiwe lady is rude and unprofessional and clearly doesn't know how to deal with customers
Insured my phone with them via incredible connection.i made an insurance claim for my lost phone on 12 Oct 2020. Emailed and even tried calling them and was waiting for the next available consultant for over 45 min and still I could not get any help.CALLED a number of times with out luck till today 28 October.they have poor customer or rather no customer service and just a big Scammers cause you pay for a service you will never receive and they don't even bother to respond on anything
Good afternoon I would like to complain about the rude service by Tumelo Mothwa. Yesterday on the10 October 2020 arround 15:15 to 15:45 i was attended to by a guy named Tumelo Mothwa at incredible connection wonderpark branch .I told the guy that I had just lost my phone in the Mall and that I had insured the phone at the store and first thing he said was that I should go back to where I lost my phone and check for it in a dismissive manner. I then tried explained him that I had my phone brought and insured my phone at the store so how do I claim ,of whichhe said I should go to vodacom to get my phone blocked.I then went to vodacom shop which is directly across incredible connection store and was told I needed needed imei number of which I I return to the incredible connection store told Tumelo and he proceeded to ask me for the phone box of which (which I clearly did not have since my phone was stolen 15 if not 30 minutes earlier) and tried to explai to him and i even asked that since the store send me an invoice receipt with a number on it can I not find the imei number he was requesting .in a dismissive and rude manner he he told there nothing he can do to assist me neither can I make an claim.Ireturned once more to the store today 11 October 2020 and my partner and i asked a different consultant what the procedure was to claiming for a lost phone was and the consultant gave me the full information and neither asked for a phone box but was ready to assist ..when I told him and about the previous day and how I was told to bring a phone box before I could be helped ,he called Tumelo and in a rude and aggressive manner of answering he said he it's procedure to ask for a box and that he knows his job..and at this point I found it pointless to have a conversation with Tumelo and asked his colleague for his name and surname as i wanted to complain.Is this how incredible connection treats its customers cause I was not only stressed and traumatized by the incidence of having just lost a phone but I had to be patronized and dismissed in a rude manner by one of your employees and victimization.He neither took time to understand or explain how the process works but was just ready to dismiss me as if I was talking nonsense or was bothering him.Is that how the staff is trained to deal with customer and what makes it worse I was neither rude to him just clearly in distress and asking for help for a service I have paid for.As a customer who has purchased devices at your store I'm appalled and after this incident doubt I will use the store again ..Please train Tumelo Mothwa on how to treat and address customer
I ordered their black Friday wig special and made immediate payment and send the lady my Pop .after 3 days I send her a message asking for my tracking number but the lady said she would get back to me and never responded on the day.the next day on the 22 November I called her and she said her phone was broken but I would be getting my order by 13:00 if not she would drop it off at my place..later on I called her informing her that I still hadn't received anything and she said she would bring it but due to the fact that I had to travel I asked her if I could collect the wig at their salon on a Monday or Tuesday and she agreed and I said I would send her a message informing her on when I would go to the salon.Moday afternoon I informed her that i would pick up the hair on Tuesday morning but when i got there and called she said they had sold the wig to someone else..I send her message since then asking if I when I would receive my order and she agreed that she i would receive my wig on Friday and Friday came and went and still I didn't receive anything.. on 30 November I asked for a refund and she agreed and asked me to send my backing details and she would send it immediately but still nothing..today in the morning the 2 December I sent a message asking for my refund and she said the money would reflect in 2 or 3 hours and when I inquired she just read my messages and never bothered responding..this Pink hair bag are scammers just out to defraud people of the hard earned money..
