Thieves that will take your money and ignore any attempt to contact them.
After placing an order in late 2019 I was notified that their stock had so-called suffered water damaged. My mails got ignored for ages before somebody finally got back to me in February 2020. Still, no stock and that was the last I heard from them. Any attempt to contact them since has been unsuccessful. Absolutely shameful business and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to touch them.

Sanlam, impossible to deal with!
I have now been trying to make contact with Sanlam for nearly three weeks via email. The only correspondence I've received is an automated message acknowledging that my email has been received. I have sent emails to the following Sanlam accounts to absolutely no avail! ********** ********** and ********** I have also contacted my consultant who forwarded my enquiry to their unit trust department. It is beyond me how a business can be run so poorly!! An investment and insurance firm that is IMPOSSIBLE to contact.
