Refuse to close paid-off account!
Home choice refuses to close my account after having paid off all my balance more than 3years ago. Account still reflects on my credit record and they say they don't close accounts.

Hotel Room theft
The service was good but just to warn others; make sure you hide & lock up all your stuff when u leave the room. I came back without my full set of mac makeup of which when I complained to the manager in the morning of my checkout, I was told that nobody would steal my makeup because all the staff is male. This was very disappointing that they were so quick to defend the staff without any facts!
