We ordered a couch on 15 September at the couchman warehouse. We showed the sales lady the exact style, colour and extras that we needed. We paid and was told that manufacturing would take up to 15 working days. After the 16th working day I phoned to follow up on the progress. The sales lady said that the factory was struggling with the colour and that it would take longer. This morning, on 16 October (22 working days since the order was placed) I was told that the couch would be delivered during the day. Later on I was phoned and told that the delivery would have to be after hours. I arranged for the couch to be delivered at 6pm. At 6pm I phoned the delivery man and was told I would have the couch at 7:30pm. 8:15pm the couch was delivered and we were very dissapointed with the fact that the shape and parameters were NOT what we ordered and paid for. We were very excited for our new couch, but this will be the last time that we make use of this business's services. I hope that the service and turnaround time to fix the mistake wont be as poor as the first time round.
