Hi I'm seriously not happy with the service I received at the upstairs branch Firstly I was rinsed with freezing cold water number two the pondo that I did cost me 400 which kept on hanging down the next day thirdly I paid 150 for my eyelashes that I'm not enjoying up to this day since Friday I don't know if the person who was installing the lashes put something in my eye or what cause it's on fire.... I'm really not happy as for the money I spent really not good service I received
I have never been so angry in my entire life, I was admitted in Netcare Rand hospital in April and up to today I still receive threats that I have not reached my payment of R52,980 but I pay my medical aid on a monthly basis. I submitted the motivational letter requested by the medical aid and they told I still need to contact the hospital for two other letters of approval for payment to be met. I mean I was a patient fighting for my life and I'm still taking medication but I must still go back and forth with discovery even if the hospital contacts them they refer the hospital back to me by now since April this should have been made if they not so difficult the hospital sent the letter of extended days I did as well why are they taking time to pay out the hospital. It gets worse I had blood test taken as well that is charged under Ampath they are also sending me threats cause "apparently" Discovery says they don't cover the payments I was lying in ICU how was i suppose to know? The hospital didn't let me know as well when I was discharged the problem when Ampath told me all this I then immediately contacted Discovery to tell them and they still said I should contact the hospital why don't they contact the hospital for all these codes themselves. Im tired of these threats i receive.
