Worst quality lashes ever!!!
I had the worst experience ever when I went to do my lashes at the Pretoria branch!! From the time I was done with my lashes, I was not happy. They were clustered so thick and sis not look natural like I wanted and the sizes was not the same. When I raised my concern, I was told it’s going to be hard to fix. Within 2 to 3 days they were falling out but I couldn’t go back as it was my mother’s funeral. After the funeral I let them know and they say that can’t help me if reported later than 3 days, even after I explained why. I will never recommend them to anyone. Rather go to other places for lashes. Worst quality lashes ever!!!

Bad service
I was doing wax and tint plus hybrid lashes. The lady who did wax and tint damaged my skin by leaving the wax way too long. I've been doing wax every month and this has never happened with other ladies. My skin hurts and I now have to apply ointments to repair my skin

Bad service

WORST SERVICE
The worst service and rudest receptionist at the sandton branch I made an appointment on the 12th of December and it was confirmed on WhatsApp when I arrived in the morning for my appointment the receptionist rudely told me that she did not have me appointment and even if I sat and waited nobody would assist me

How do you run a business?? No customer service, none whatsoever the case may be 🌝
The hairstylists are rude as hell at the Sandton branch. Took my wig in for treatment, wig came back greasy. Tried communicating on Instagram but my comment was removed.

Hi I'm seriously not happy with the service I received at the upstairs branch Firstly I was rinsed with freezing cold water number two the pondo that I did cost me 400 which kept on hanging down the next day thirdly I paid 150 for my eyelashes that I'm not enjoying up to this day since Friday I don't know if the person who was installing the lashes put something in my eye or what cause it's on fire.... I'm really not happy as for the money I spent really not good service I received

Waste of the only time I have
My experience here was dreadful, after arriving at 14h00 to do my hair I we were sent out to another salon to do a cut n fade. After all that we go back n the referred us to another 'branch'. They said they'd do my hair, no problem. After waiting an 1 hour and half from 16h00 and after a wash were they decided to dry out my hair they left me with my afro. Said I should come back tomorrow. I was here at 14h00, they refused to do my hair☹️ now it's 17h48

Customer service experience
I bought 4 wigs earlier this week and already today its ready for collection. Im truely impressed with the service i have received as from first time when i tried to contact Mamello on the phone she was so sweet, with excellent communicating s****s. Even from a distant at the comfort of my home i was able to be sent different hair styles and hair color choices for my best interest. Lady please keep it up with yo exellent personality And business s****s
