I am very disappointed in the way they are handling my claim as 3rd part, especially when their client was wrong. I was involved in a car accident and their client was wrong, police statement proves that The lady Seipati Mashaba that I'm dealing with, never communicate with me, i never get her on phone, it is over a month since the accident, but my case is not yet allocated for finalization, Every time i call, they tell me the same thing that i already know, if she is not on study leave, she is on a team building, or another call, They always say she will call back but she never does. I have recoding's of all the mails she never responded and phone calls. This is really disappointing that when you are not their client, they treat you different. Their client is sorted and already driving while my car is not going anywhere. I would never recommend anyone to use this insurance because as their client you will end up fighting with 3rd part.
I requested bolt with the driver called nkoari on Saturday. Driving Mazda3, Grey reg HY63XFGP. My trip to carnival city from OR Tambo was R147 when I requested which they debited immediately. To my surprise I saw the app saying driver has updated your destination.. I thought it's normal. After he dropped us off the app returned 147 and debited R257. Now I logged a query and then are telling me that the driver said we requested to stop somewhere. Which never happened. They can even check his route to see if we stopped anywhere. I will not recommend bolt ever.. rather use uber. This is what they do. When leaving carnival city another driver requested that we pay 100 more for him to come fetch us but the app said 150. I asked him why he said because it's busy.. His name is Fredreck driving Toyota corolla HC06GGP. This is unacceptable.. how do we feel safe now .
Poor service from vox, one week with no connection at all, working from home and kids studying. They keep blaming the rain and vumatel. Vumatel says no problem from their side. Next thing they want us to pay full amount, this is 2nd week.
I got the most professional service from Nompilo from Callcentre KZN1, she was patient with me and made sure I get the money in time.

I ordered fibre last month and since they connected to the house, i do not have a router or any update, they keep on using their whatsapp line which is not effective, i really regret choosing them and i want to cancel
