They are very unprofessional and have a very poor system of running things. I was mistakenly handed over to them since was not owing any money. However I have tried to explain to this lawyers that I am not owing. Since last year 2024 till this year 2025, they have not removed my name on their files. They keep on sending me reminders about the payment. They told me that they are still investigating but even now nothing is moving. I don't recommend their service for anything since it seems like they are running a ****a shop, so unprofessional and lack of communication.
I had a horrible experience with the account department of ER Consulting. I made payments and requested that they allocate the funds ti my account (debt). Now they have decided to hand me over a non existing debt. Even today I don't know what is it that I am actually owing. My next step is to sue them for this issue.
Sometimes I cry when I think that I don't have memories of my graduation because this company promised us good quality photos but till today there's nothing. I am still waiting for my refund because they failed to deliver. Universities should know how unprofessional this company is. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone because they are unprofessional.
Very unprofessional staff. From call centre to the staff handling staff matters. I've submitted my divorce claim against one of their employees and even today it has not paid out. They try by all mean to make me forget about the claim so that their employee can benefit.
Edgars - Mall of Africa. Unfair practice on customers. I had a laybye and lost the slip. I was told the laybye will not be issued without the slip and ID. previously we would take out laybye with ID if slip is lost. Now I was told the new rule is that you must make an affidavit. Which is information that was not communicated to us as clients, it not even written in the slip as the terms and conditions of the laybe. This is unfair practice on customers as it is the responsibility of Edgars to communicate any changes to their policies.
I have received bad to horrible service from this tracking company. I have called numerous times to report that the tracking device is not working. They sent a technician who made things worse. from the beginning of January 2023 to September 2023 I have not gotten any assistance. I have been taken from pillar to post without any assistance. They made me hold a call for 40mins!!! Currently I am paying for nothing because the tracking device is not working. I regret using their tracking device as they are the worst. Customer service agents do not know what their job is.
I was doing wax and tint plus hybrid lashes. The lady who did wax and tint damaged my skin by leaving the wax way too long. I've been doing wax every month and this has never happened with other ladies. My skin hurts and I now have to apply ointments to repair my skin
I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone who needs good insurance. They only take you serious when you have money I guess, because I have been offered the worst experience ever regarding my claim for car repair. I escalated the matter and filed a complaint but nothing is being done even today. The person who’s handling the case Anesta Kuin has not given me any update regarding my issue. I don’t know what to do now because I have exhausted all options and I am not getting assistance. This is so depressing and frustrating because it’s hard not having a car while heavily pregnant. I cry every day because I want my car back.
The previous week I have complained about the horrible service that the Mall of Africa branch has given me while I’m highly pregnant. I was told it won’t happen again but unfortunately I received the very same inhuman treatment again from the very same branch. I even spoke to the security and the branch manager but they all did not assist with anything besides giving me bad attitude with regards to my concern. Worst part is that the security old guy was letting white people who are in the same condition as mine to go through without queuing. I can safely say that this branch is for white people and not all South Africans.
Was at the mall of Africa branch, Received the most horrible service ever, they made me que for three hours while I’m heavily pregnant 😭😭
