I made a purchase of “immediately available items” on the 7th of December 2021 via Instagram account, which were supposed to be delivered to me by latest 30th December 2021 (it takes 5-10 working days). I have done follow up on the provided email ( infoscollectionza@gmail.com) which till today they have failed to dispatch my paid items. I have recently requested for my refund on the said email address and Instagram account but they ignore my messages and life goes on. Don’t buy from them , I’m sure I’m not the first 1 they are scamming and I won’t be the last.
Alba easy lounge at king Shaka airport, 26.09.20 17:00 poor service experienced , been allocated a dirty table to sit at , 30 min lapsed without being attended too, when asked to be assisted , was told they are short staffed with a rude attitude
I’m really annoyed at the service and treatment I’ve received at BHC, ordered a wig on the 19.9.18 and I still have not received it(wig or refund) made follow up on email, calls, WhatsApp but still nothing has happened, Lady Nonkululeko doesn’t know what to do and can’t help when I call them. I write today because of my dissatisfaction and needing assistance on anyone who knows where I can also report them for this fraud. I need my money back and I’m warning people not to use their services they are scammers.
