I was in Italy for holiday, and on my way back I bought a pair of Panasonic earphones (RP-BTS10) at the airport, very happy about my new Bluetooth earphones I went home-Namibia in Africa. When I got home, I wanted to test my new earphones, but it did not want to switch on, so I thought maybe I should just charge it - one of the key selling features is 'Charge within 1.5hours' -while on charge there is a red light flickering as indicated on the instructions, and after 2hours of charging when I tried to switched it on after absolutely NOTHING happened. I decided I will put it on charge for a few more hours, as it maybe needed a "charging boost" for the first time, and leave it over night. The next morning, same thing... NOTHING HAPPENED!! I mailed Panasonic in the UK and they referred me back to Panasonic Africa, who referred my to Panasonic South Africa, as Namibia have no official Panasonic office. Panasonic in Cape Town referred me to the technical office in Johannesburg-who said that they could not help me-, then referred me back to the Cape Town office.... Who then said they can't do anything for me... I want to know what to do now??? as I bought a pair of earphones that is useless which cost me N$600 (more or less 35 Euros) and Panasonic JUST CAN'T DO ANYTHING... I can obviously not take it back to exchange it, as I am not in Italy anymore!!! I am very very VERY DISAPPOINTED Panasonic!!!!!
