I bought 2 burgers for my kids, W-Combo Cheese and W-B Wimpy /Chips take away . When I got home I realized that the patties was not fresh and and looked old, I went back to the store to complain and asked for the manager, The manager showed me flames he was arrogant and said that the burger looks fine according to him I called one of the ladies to come and see if the patty looked ok according to her and the lady confirmed that the patty looks old and not fresh. The manager and I started urging and he said to me **** you, I told he not to swear at and he said cos im crazy that burger looks fine he got so irate and slabbed me on my face and pushed me in front of my kids. And the security came and intervene, I was scared and very disappointed that is this the type of service that we should get when you have a complaint about the food and he just left me there and said I can go and open a case for me if want to. His name is Solly and he refused to give me his surname.
I ordered chicken salad for lunch and when it arrived it was not according to standard it looked so old and stale. I asked the lady that was serving me to exchange and she asked me if I tasted the salad before I can make her exchange, she basically made me taste the food that is not to standard. Is this how patient should be treated like. She then left me and and continue talking in the wards for what I ordered and worst of all she refused to go to the kitchen and changed the food for me. So feeling disappointed and absent at Flora Hospital. Called the manager ward that was in charge guess what she never came.
