Extremely unprofessional plumbers. During May 2018 I required a waste line in my laundry to be repaired. FlinkDink plumbers ripped out my paving, as a stab in the dark because the plumber did not know how to effect the repairs. They finally managed to repair the waste line, but despite several requests, the paving has to date still not been replaced.
My ADSL line and WiFi has been out of order since December 2017. I have logged numerous faults, put in leave at work for technicians to come to my house to fix the problem - with the technicians just never arriving for the appointments. I have submitted all the necessary documents to terminate the service on 2 different occasions, which Telkom has refused to process. Telkom keeps on billing me, when there is no service, and no consumption / usage showing on their own invoices. The call centre staff sound bored / asleep when you phone to log queries, and is utterly unhelpful and in desperate need of training. Telkom is a most frustrating and inept company to deal with.
