DISHONEST RETAILER
Bianca advertised uniforms and said within 7 days you receive your order. I ordered Butchers Jackets with names embroider on them for my staff. She wanted full payment upfront "to buy the stock". Lots of stories and every week another story. At the end she never provided any stock and could not pay back my money. She then promised to pay it over three months - till date no payment nor stock. She acts like her attorney will contact you but no such attorney. Case been opened against her.

DISHONEST WHOLESALER
Jasi Leather took money from me in January for handbags that she promised will be delivered within 14 days. She sends the full invoice, and you need to pay upfront. Till today I have not received one handbag. Her phone has changed from business to personal and she does not reply on messages, nor does she refund. She had all sorts of stories, but the truth is she is gone with R5060 and no bags. Be VERY CAREFUL to deal with her! She has no email and only sends the invoices on whatsapp.

Snatcher - false advertising and never refund!
I bought an airfrier - first they sent me a small one but I paid for a big one over R4000 and the one the sent me was only R1100. I then returned it without opening. Said I am not willing to pay for the return as it was their fault. They promised to pay me back as soon as they receive it. They received it and now 4 months later I do not have my air frier nor my money. Promises on email is all I get and now they ignore all mails. There is no contact number. Don't buy from them as they advertise one thing and send you another! You never see your money again.

MUNICIPALITY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE
Since 2015 we have been begging Ngwathe Municipality to put up boards at the river that no swimming is allowed (as many children has drowned here already) and also not allow drinking, drunks fighting with bottles cutting each other in front of our children and also naked people running around in front of our houses. From as early as 6o'clock in the morning churches sing, dance, hit drums, blow whistles and then the swimmers start, shouting and screaming...after them all the drunks. This sometimes stops only at 3 o'clock in the morning. Note that we paid very high prices for our houses in this area but do not have one day of peace. Further these people do not clean behind them. They leave the place in a mess and Monday mornings we clean their vomiting (yes they vomit right in front of our houses), papers, broken bottles, bags and all other trash! The municipality never clean up and expect from us to be happy to live like that. Further the police did tell them that boards need to be erected in order for them to then stop this behaviour. Till now we had a promise last year November that they appointed 2 ppl to look into this and they will immediately attend to the problem. That was the very last time we heard from them. NOTHING happened since then and the summer has just started and we nearly went off our heads today. Drunks were sitting in a circle singing on top of their voices...swimmers were screaming and shouting, others were camping on our pavements (it is a very dangerous corner to camp on) and others were changing clothes (totally naked) in front of our house. My question...we paid very high prices...our rates and taxes are very high and we have NO RIGHTS but people in a area which is not even a braai or swim area have all the rights. They can be drunk, harass us, throw their bottles in our yards, run around naked and it is all ok. We need to clean behind them and if we say anything we get sworn at. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST PARYS TO ANY PERSON...do not invest any money in this town as day by day we see this town going down. This month I got a municipal account of R950000 and it is not the first time. We do our own municipal readings (the boxes is open for anyone) and our roads is full of pottholes. NO HELP from the municipality except attitude and promises. I took videos over a period to show them what we have to live with. All they do is ignore our request. Also note that I offered to pay for the boards myself - and even that is not enough to get them to do something about this mess.

BAD SERVICE FROM VODACOM
I am so disappointed in Vodacom. I am trying now for more than 4 months to transfer my late husbands contracts in my name. First I went in store and gave them all relevant documents. 2 of the 5 contracts were successfully transferred. After months they said the documents has disappeared and I need to resend. I mailed all documents immediately with a automatic reply from Vodacom that legal/deceased department will solve it within 3 working days. Nothing happened. Went into the store again and the lady there also mailed them STILL NO REPLY. She also attached all relevant documents as well as our Ref No. Till today NO RESPONSE! Then I upgraded my son's phone that is on my name. Telephonic upgrade. They promised delivery within 7 working days. That was 5 October 2018. Till now 24 October I have received the phone. I phoned in and they said it is stuck at Warehouse as warehouse await head office and head office don't respond to any emails. Needless to say I wanted to cancel as I am tired of waiting with no answers...guess what? That will take Vodacom another 14 working days to cancel! I have NEVER seen such incompetent staff members and pathetic client service. I cannot wait to end my 15 year relationship with Vodacom and move to a better service provider. They might as well close there doors looking at all the complaints lately. I have given up with them as they do not return calls neither do they answer emails.
