Amazing service from Pauline
I have used several Minuteman press branches. But never have I received the kind of exceptional help and service, like that of Pauline at the Rivonia branch. She is amazing and goes beyond her call of duty.

Discovery Health Hospital Plan does not pay for your actual bed that you will sleep in. You have to.
I have a hospital plan with Discovery Health. It is said it will allow me into any Private hospital of my choosing. I got admitted into hospital. They paid for all the specialists fees. But did not pay for the actual ward stay, "the bed". Reason being, I don't have MSA savings. But of course I don't, its a HOSPITAL PLAN!. So basically Discovery Health sells you a HOSPITAL PLAN, but just know you will have to pay for the "bed" part of your stay.

In-human working conditions
Salaries either paid late or not at all. Despite such working conditions, work continued in instances having to be off-site to manage travel costs, deliverables were met as agreed. Kakanyo Management show no integrity and ignore pleas for salary payment.

A greedy and appalling disgrace
Deposit paid 4 months in advance. Tombstone redone the very last week before the tombstone unveiling due to poor workmanship. Tombstone now has to be redone again after the unveiling. The wording is fading after one rainfall. The customer service and workmanship is appalling. A disgrace to have such people in an industry that requires empathy, customer care, product offering with good workmanship that can stand the test of time.
