FNB Pathetic
FNB is absolutely pathetic at the very thing that should be their core capability. Supposedly the best bank in SA, cannot explain why a large sum of money left my account. Your banking app is supposed to be the best, and yet I have no visibility or control over my finances, and absolutely no one is able to provide an explanation. 3 Queries, and 2 private bankers later, and it's all still a mystery. It's absolutely pathetic that you cannot provide answers about the very service you are tasked with providing me.

Cool Ideas Service Providers are a bunch of useless thieves
I requested Fibre in January, and for 6 months they were silent and did nothing. In May they started to debit my account after I explicitly told them I wouldn't be taking anything up with them because I had to wait 6 months. They kept on debiting my account after the first one again. They are thieves. They are useless at providing a service they promise, and they have no regard for peoples money and credit rating.

Longrich is a thieving company
Longrich has stolen money from South Africans by exploiting their desire for financial freedom and using it enrich themselves. It is a company that preys on the poor of South Africa by making them believe, they can earn outrageous amounts of money, which is in fact not true. The nature of their business is shady, they have no integrity, and poor business practice. My wife invested our last savings into their pyramid scheme, and they have shut down her leaders account, essentially meaning there will be no progress on her account. I beseech anyone with the authority and the ability to do something about these scumbags. My number is ********** 044
