Been fighting with Makro online for more than a month to get my refund from an online purchase. They came and picked up the item and sent it back to the actual seller. Now I hear nothing and every time I call a follow up it’s a different story and they going to escalate. I can’t believe a brand so big can just ***** someone’s money and think it will just go unnoticed. I will do what I can to make sure nobody uses Makros online shopping experience ever again.
Take your money and don't deliver the product. No way to get hold of them and they don't answer their emails. See their online shop is closed.
