Please train your Assessors in how to deal with prospective Clients & in telephone etiquette. Normally one replies to a Customer when contacted & not just blatantly ignore them/fail to respond/reply to a message, especially after reading it & when a potential Client is trying to make arrangements regarding a viewing, which was at the request of the Assessor
They're extremely informative & friendly.... & have no issues explaining anything which you may not clearly have understood
Since my so called service (which is now obvious that it was never done) & my review regarding the above company, my vehicle hasn't been performing as it was prior to the so-called service. Because of the poor or lack of service received, I was reluctant to go back, so I took my vehicle to a private mechanic, only to find out that my spark plugs were NEVER changed, (although I was charged for new ones as well as labour). Due to the above, I will now be taking the matter further, as well as reporting my findings (documents, reports & pictures) to the OMBUDSMAN & RMI... I will further be seeking compensation for costs of items that were never replaced & labour that was obviously never done, as well as additional finances which will be incurred in order to have my vehicle serviced as it initially should have been. This leaves me to wonder how many other people haven't been ********** in the same manner!! If you have experienced the above issues with the same company, please feel free to contact me.
I had my vehicle serviced (extremely doubtful) by them... After collecting my vehicle I noticed that my wiperblades were still my old ones, yet I had been charged over R1000+ for new ones which never happened. I went back & informed them of the above, only to have the rear one replaced, thus leaving me to go back once again to have the front blade replaced... The same blade which came flying off the wiper-arm this morning (4/7/24) Forcing me to purchase a set from Goldwagen for R345 (which I gladly did - a lot better than paying over R1000+) The above leaves me to wonder if anything was done & if the additional faults stated & payed for, where even faults & if attended to... 1st time was a last time...

Poor quality workmanship... Poor instillation.. False information & poor work ethics
