Deeply disappointed

Good morning I called the customer care cornerstone on friday 26 October regarding my late great grandma' policy because we were unhappy with the policy shes been contributing R50s for so long since shes been a pensioner and this is the treatment she received when her service is no longer needed I was told i eould receive a call on friday Her DOB details 210512 she was very old and loyal customer to cornerstone she spoke highly of your service how she would be taken care of when she's gone She passed away Thursday morning  shes been paying policy before I was born I'm 26 years old right now and Ermelo assupol could only tell us we entitled to R2555. 00 How can you bury a loved one with R2555  for all those years she paid knowing shes covered she was covered before she came of age  I'm deeply disappointed and since I'm being ignored il have to expose you even if it means letting the grannies know that you can't afford to bury them at the end of the day
