<p>I ordered an online study pack, paid for it immediately via the website, received payment confirmation. However, when I tried to download it my profile was empty. I replied to an email I received confirming my order, yet no response. I then Whatsapp'ed (it states on their website Whatsapp is accepted) and received no reply. I then phoned the offices (2 of the telephone numbers on the website no longer in order) only for unfriendly and unhelpful staff member who told me he never received the order. I offered to provide him with an order number, only to be rudely interrupted by him saying that I must send an email as "...this is taking too long." I explained that I do not receive any feedback on emails, when he just repeated "send me an email". ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!</p>
<p>I submitted a claim to Discovery Insure via the app on my iPhone, received a reference number and a call from Precious Moganedi who supplied me with my claim number within a matter of minutes. I received an email requesting certain information like a photograph of the damage and a quotation to repair / replace the item. Once I submitted the requested information I received notification a couple of hours later that the claim was approved and that I will have the claim paid into my bank account within 48 - 72 hours. I am really very impressed. BY FAR THE BEST INSURANCE I've had to deal with. - Keep up the great work!</p>
