Im writing on behalf of my mother due to her not being technologically savvy She purchased 2 packets of Maynards Wine gums from Checkers Ermelo Mpumalanga. When she arrived home and opened one packet she dicovered a dirty hard piece of plastic of about 5 cm in the pack. She further explains how disgusted she felt with the sweets. Not even to mention the health hazzard it emposes, not only because it was dirty but because if the plastic was smaller and a smaller kid got a hold of it and chokes?? She then also says how disappointed she felt as this was her favorite sweet to buy as a treat

I started a new job in July. I asked for my debit order date to be changed to the end of the month(last day of the month) and it was not done and my debit order bounced. i also contacted the 808 number to change the debit order date to which i also have not received any ref nr. then again my debit order bounced the next month as well and the bank already charged me a total of R180 dishonoured fees. and for the 3rd time another debit order bounce. i requested a refund on the fees i was charged by the bank due to my request not being attended to and after i was promised by the one lady that she'll call me back, guess what that also didn't happen. i have not been contacted at the time i requested them to contact me and i have also not received any feedback or notification messages stating that the debit order date was changed. This has been the WORST service i have ever experienced with MTN!!!!!!!
