Bought a 2L of milk on Jan 4th 2025, expiration date Jan 4th 2025. However the milk had already expired on the 4th of Jan 2025. Logged a call via the companies chat box explained what the problem was. Was informed that another product will be delivered to my address. To this day 18th Jan 2025 I haven't heard from Douglasdale Dairy.
PnP Maponya is subjecting us "customers" to substandard service. Had to stand in a que for well over an hour. Walked into to the store at 15:00 to go buy 2 items "kids nappies & Cerelac", joined the que to the tellers at 15:10 only for my stuff to be ranged up at 16:13. Having had experienced North Gate Hypers service, one is left with questions like are we given such poor service cause the store is in a predominatly black township, maybe we not using our hard earned cash to pay for the damn products/service or the management doesn't value the black people money. Let them stand for as long as they can, it's unlike they have anything better to do with their life's.
Had a bad customer service at Nedbank Maponya Mall. As a startup Entreprenuer was looking at having my business account opened with them. Spoke to their Small Business Service Manager Makhosi Ntsibande, how informed that they'd need to see my business plan. Which I sent it throught to him on the 29th Oct 2018, followed up with an mail requesting to schedule a meeting. To this day November 1st 2018, haven't received any communication from him. Visited the brand and was kept waiting for an hour and when I asked to see the branch manager the stuff were less interested in letting me see the manager. I take it that's Nedbank's motto to mistreat portencial client.
