I paid for a watch from Ceveches.com and did not receive the parcel. Do not buy from them because it is a scam. You will not get the parcel at all. Got the payment evidence and the parcel tracking number. The parcel is for more than a month delivered at the destination country and since then no movement on the parcel.
Got a call from Stacey on 2 Nov 2018 at 16:50. Promised to escalate the request for a refund. Promised to come back to me before 16:00 on 3 Nov 2018. Will keep you posted regarding this. Let's see whether Travel Start is serious about customer service, as mentioned on the telephone when waiting for 50 minutes to get to customer services. Will give you feedback at 16:00 latest on Saturday 3 Nov 2018. Saw other similar complaints on Hello Peter, regarding NO refund policy at all circumstances.
Please read the other reviews regarding Travel Start. They respond that an agent will be in contact with you shorty. That is only to make it visible on Hello Peter that they are responding, but they do not solve the problem. Stay away.....
I went to Herz and they issued me with a car in less than 3 minutes, without having a credit card. I recommend all to use Herz instead of Travel Start. They are friendly and do not hide fine print anywhere. Tell all to stay away from Travel Start.....they will catch you......
Involved in trying to solve the problem the following people, Stacey, Sergio, Phillip and Lindiwe. They stick to their guns that, although I could have provided cash for the required amount and besides the fact that I did not get a car for the two days, no refund. Careful when making a booking online. Travel Start have fine print that will bite you.....and there is no consideration for my case. Do not use Travel Start at all and tell all......
I booked a car through Travel Start on 22 Oct 2018. The payment of R720.99 went off my account on 23 Oct 2018. On my arrival at Woodfoord in Cape Town, I presented my bank card, car voucher and drivers licence. They requested that I should present a credit card, which I don not have. The bank card is the one I used to pay the car booking. I had to go to another car rental firm. I spend more than 50 minutes in total to get through to them, always high call volumes even at 20:00, have sent two mails to ********** without any success. They refuse to refund me. Do not use them at all. They refer to fine print.
